    Lloyds Metals reported Q1 net profit of ₹1,733.89 Cr. Board approved strategic investments in renewable energy SPVs for ~₹48 Cr. Also, converting an outstanding USD 200 Million loan into equity in its Dubai WOS, and up to ₹625 Cr in subsidiary Thriveni Earthmovers. Avijit Ghosh appointed Independent Director.
