PGHL has updated its 59th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to September 3, 2026. The record date for both AGM participation and final dividend eligibility is August 27, 2026. This means investors holding shares by then will be eligible for the dividend, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. Dividends will be paid by September 27, 2026.
