Rupa & Co. reported Q1 financial results: Standalone net profit at Rs 9.60 Cr, Consolidated at Rs 8.26 Cr. The board approved divesting wholly-owned subsidiary Oban Fashions to a promoter group for Rs 0.004 Cr. A new Company Secretary was also appointed.
