Sanjay Natvarlal Mandavia and Rupal Sanjay Mandavia have launched an open offer to acquire up to 3.70 crore equity shares of ACI Infocom Limited, representing 26.00% of the emerging voting capital, at ₹1.53 per share for a total of approximately ₹5.67 crore. This offer was triggered after ACI Infocom Limited's board approved a preferential allotment of 3.20 crore equity shares to the acquirers at the same price. Following the offer, the acquirers will assume control and become promoters of ACI Infocom, with no plans to delist the company.
