Mihika Industries' board noted the resignation of its statutory auditor, S K Bhavsar & Co., citing management changes and professional commitments, with no concerns raised. The board then proposed Kapil Kumar Aggarwal & Associates as new statutory auditors, first to fill the casual vacancy until the upcoming AGM, and then for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.
