Eco Recycling has published its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30. Total Revenue rose by 75% to 19.13 Cr. Net Profit Before Tax increased by 27% to 11.40 Cr, while Net Profit After Tax stood at 9.17 Cr. EBITDA was up 28% to 12.06 Cr, and Earnings Per Share grew 11% to 4.49. The financial performance was reviewed and approved by the Audit Committee and Board of Directors. The company also allocated 300,000 warrants to promoters, each convertible into one equity share upon full payment at 411, totaling 12.33 Cr.
