KPI Green Energy's board approved Q1 FY27 consolidated results: Revenue ₹710 Cr (+16% YoY), but PAT at ₹95 Cr (-14% YoY) due to higher costs. New auditors MSKC & Associates and Group CFO Kapil Kriplani were appointed. Also won a ₹621 Cr solar project from NTPC.
