RSWM executed a JV with NDS9 for a new ₹186.30 Cr Denim Garment facility. RSWM holds 74%, NDS9 26%. RSWM will initially subscribe ₹0.74 Cr, NDS9 ₹0.26 Cr in equity. Project funding is 30% equity, 70% term loans.
