Harsha Engineers International Limited — PPTs, 11-08-2026: Investor Presentation
Harsha Engineers reported strong Q1 FY27 consolidated revenue growth of 25.2% YoY to ₹457.43 Cr, driven by robust demand across India, Europe, and ROW. The India Engineering business specifically grew 21% YoY. Consolidated profit after tax (PAT) saw a minor dip of 1.45% YoY to ₹37.38 Cr, with EPS at ₹4.11. This margin compression in India Engineering was primarily due to increased raw material costs, forex losses, and higher indirect material expenses, which management aims to pass on in future quarters.
Strategic diversification is evident as Bushings and Stampings sales surged 34.7% and 31% YoY, respectively, both on track for over 30% growth this fiscal. While foreign subsidiaries showed a combined net loss of ₹3.3 Cr, strong performance from Harsha China is expected to reduce the full-year net loss for these units. The China Brownfield expansion project is advancing, set for Q3 FY28 commissioning.
