    Royal Orchid Hotels' Board has approved Q1 FY27 consolidated results: Revenue at ₹114.70 Cr, Profit at ₹6.42 Cr, EPS ₹2.34. A final dividend of ₹2.50/share was proposed. Mr. Venkata Ramana Murthy Pinisetti was re-appointed as an Independent Director for two years.
