The company achieved a record consolidated revenue of ₹548 crore, a 14% increase, with core EBITDA (excluding real estate) surging 44% to ₹120 crore. Profit after tax was ₹70 crore. Key achievements include a plant-source Vitamin D3 process patent, EDQM CEP for D3 100 SD, and approval for ₹110 crore capex to boost plant-source D3, Calcifediol, and biocatalysis enzyme capacity.
