    NBCC's board approved Q1 consolidated net profit of ₹158.01 Cr. It declared a ₹0.15/share interim dividend (record Aug 17). A ₹0.46/share final dividend for FY26 (subject to AGM) was proposed. New REIT SPV and HSCC merger plans also advanced.
