GLOBAL EDUCATION approved Q1 financial results: standalone net profit ₹4.39 Cr, consolidated ₹3.75 Cr. Further, it acquired the remaining 49% stake in OwnPrep Private Limited for ₹0.004901 Cr, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary, enhancing ed-tech focus. A revised dividend policy was also approved.
