Bharat Parenterals Ltd — Important, 11-08-2026: Company Update

Bharat Parenterals' wholly owned subsidiary, Varenyam Biolifesciences, has announced a strategic upgrade to its upcoming Savli manufacturing facility. Approved by the Board on August 11, 2026, the facility will now include biologics and biosimilar CDMO capabilities alongside its existing oncology focus. This expansion aims to capture opportunities in the global biologics supply chain and serve markets like the US and EU. The Phase 1 capital expenditure has been revised to ₹300 crore, up from ₹150 crore. This upgrade is expected to be completed by Q2 2028, positioning the company for a larger, relationship-driven revenue stream.
