Vistar Amar Ltd — Important, 11-08-2026: Company Update

Vistar Amar's board meeting approved the financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026. The board proposed the re-appointment of Mr. Rajeshkumar Babulal Panjari as Managing Director for five years, effective October 1, 2026, with a monthly remuneration of 0.05 Cr for three years. Mr. Ramkumar Babulal Panjari was also proposed for re-appointment as Executive Director. Additionally, Mr. Jaidip Dilipkumar Simaria was proposed for re-appointment as an Independent Director, and Mr. Pragnesh P. Patel was appointed as an Independent Director. The 42nd Annual General Meeting will be held on September 22, 2026, via video conferencing to seek shareholder approval for these and other governance matters, including committee reconstitutions.
