The Company has announced its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 08, 2026, via Video Conferencing. For the purpose of dividend payment and the AGM, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 02, 2026, to September 08, 2026. The Record Date for determining dividend entitlement is September 01, 2026. A final dividend of ₹0.10 per equity share, proposed by the Board, will be paid to eligible shareholders if approved at the AGM.
