Ruchi Infrastructure's Board approved Q1FY27 consolidated results. Revenue from operations hit Rs 17.66 Cr, with a profit of Rs 4.59 Cr. EPS was Rs 0.16. Mr. Anil Kumar Gupta was appointed Director (Operations). The Board also reviewed updates to its Composite Scheme of Amalgamation.
