Punj Lloyd Limited has informed the Exchange about Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process : Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that M/s Kashyap Sikdar & Co. (Firm Registration No. 016253N), one of the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company have tendered their resignation as the Statutory Auditors of the Company w.e.f 11 August 2026. It may also be note that M/s Shah Dhandharia & Co. LLP Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 118707W/W100724) continue to be Statutory Auditors of the Company.
