Manappuram Finance Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 11-08-2026: Dividend

Manappuram Finance declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1 per equity share (50% payout on face value Rs. 2). The Record Date for this dividend is Monday, August 17, 2026, with payments to be disbursed shortly thereafter to eligible shareholders. The Board also approved financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Furthermore, it plans to boost borrowing limits to Rs. 1,00,000 Cr via Non-Convertible Debentures/Commercial Papers, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Ashish Singh is set to become the new MD & CEO from January 1, 2027, also pending shareholder consent.
