Uni Abex Alloy Products has announced its 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 09, 2026, to be held virtually. The Board previously put forward a final dividend of Rs. 40 per equity share for FY 2025-26. Additionally, a special dividend of Rs. 60 per share, stemming from the Thane land sale, was also proposed. This aggregates to Rs. 100 per share, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The record date for determining eligible shareholders for this dividend is September 02, 2026. Dividends, if approved, will be paid on or after September 16, 2026.
