Max India delivered strong Q1 FY27 results with consolidated revenue up 66% YoY to Rs 68.6 Cr. Residences for Seniors saw significant sales collections, including Rs 22.5 Cr from the fully-sold E360 Gurugram and Rs 39.1 Cr from E361 (154 units sold). Noida Phase 1 generated Rs 33.2 Cr, with operations set to begin next quarter. Assisted Care Services revenue grew ~1.5x YoY to Rs 12.03 Cr, and AGEasy products revenue increased ~1.3x YoY to Rs 18.8 Cr.

Despite top-line growth, consolidated EBITDA loss widened to Rs 25 Cr, attributed to lumpy revenue in Residences and higher brand/operational costs in Assisted Care. The company is keenly focused on profitable growth, cost optimization, and improving gross margins. Strategic initiatives include scaling patented AGEasy products, boosting Care Home occupancy, and strengthening key partnerships. Antara Senior Care received a "Visionary Leadership" award, and Anupam Kher joined AGEasy as brand ambassador. Max India reported a Loss After Tax of Rs 36.3 Cr and EPS of Rs -6.9, with management prioritizing increased profitability across all verticals.
