    Bosch Limited acquired Bosch Chassis Systems India for up to INR 9,068.68 Cr. Revenue grew 10.8% to INR 20,035 Cr, PAT at INR 2,770 Cr. Two JVs formed: one for e-mobility with Tata AutoComp (INR 94 Cr capital), another for CV air systems. A final dividend of INR 270 per share was proposed, reflecting capital deployment for the acquisition.
