Indo Farm (INDOFARM) delivered strong Q1FY27 results. Revenue from Operations grew 14.52% YoY to ₹110.24 Cr, with Profit After Tax (PAT) increasing 4.12% YoY to ₹5.66 Cr. EBITDA was up 3.99% to ₹15.51 Cr. The Tractor segment was a key growth driver, seeing significant revenue growth.
Strategically, Indo Farm is focused on boosting efficiency in its tractor division through higher capacity utilization, aiming for better margins. A major initiative is entering the high-growth tower crane market, with technology validated and production geared for this fiscal year, targeting India's construction boom. Its wholly-owned NBFC arm, Barota Finance, with ₹135 Cr AUM, also plans diversification.
Regarding recent updates, the new Pick & Carry Crane project at Bhud Site is in full swing, expected to begin commercial production this fiscal year. Similarly, commercial production of tower cranes is set to commence in the current FY after successful prototype testing.
Management is optimistic about improving tractor industry demand and views the tower crane entry as a significant opportunity. Both the tractor and construction equipment segments are projected for robust CAGR growth, indicating a favorable industry landscape.
