Manappuram Finance's board approved Q1 consolidated net profit of ₹551.77 Cr & an interim dividend of ₹1/share. They also OK'd raising funds up to ₹1 lakh Cr and appointed Ashish Singh as new MD & CEO from Jan 2027, with V.P. Nandakumar becoming Non-Executive Chairperson.
