Company's board approved Q1 consolidated net profit of ₹22.65 Cr. It will acquire the remaining 50% stake in Niblic Greens Hospitality for ₹0.55 Cr, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. Debenture redemption schedule was amended, increasing the final payment tranche by ₹2.47 Cr. New statutory auditors were also approved.
