Aries Agro's board approved Q1 consolidated net profit of ₹13.62 Cr from ₹183.35 Cr revenue (EPS ₹10.47). Sept 22 is record date for FY25-26 dividend, payable by Oct 23. Dr. Rahul Mirchandani's re-appointment as MD and Mr. Nrupang Dholakia as Independent Director were also approved.
