Aries Agro's board approved the financial results for the quarter, reporting consolidated net profit of ₹13.62 Cr (EPS ₹10.47). A dividend for 2025-26 was declared. Dr. Rahul Mirchandani was re-appointed as MD, and Mr. Nrupang Dholakia as Independent Director.
