PH Capital Ltd — Important, 11-08-2026: Company Update

P H Capital Limited's board has approved its Q1 financial results, reporting a net loss of 0.29 Cr on total income of 0.15 Cr. The company is set to change its name to AHB Capital Limited, subject to approvals. Shareholders will receive a 10:1 bonus share issue, increasing authorized share capital from ₹4 Cr to ₹44.001 Cr. The board also authorized exploring fundraising up to ₹200 Cr and new business avenues like Portfolio Management Services, Alternative Investment Funds, and stock brokerage. New Indian and overseas subsidiaries will also be incorporated. Mr. Nagendraa Parakh was appointed Chairman.
