INDOTECH has fixed September 16, 2026, as the Record Date for determining eligibility for the proposed FY2025-26 equity dividend. Shareholders holding shares by the close of business on this date will be entitled. If the dividend is approved at the Annual General Meeting, payments will be processed electronically after September 23, 2026.
