Concord Enviro Systems board approved Q1 financial results and confirmed no deviation in Rs 175 Cr IPO fund use. Mr. Shleshank Laheri appointed CFO. Mr. Prayas Goel re-appointed MD for 3 years, and three Independent Directors re-appointed, all pending shareholder approval.
