    Dishman Carbogen Amcis (DCAL) board approved raising up to Rs 75 Cr by issuing Senior, Secured, Rated Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) via private placement. The NCDs offer 10.00% annual interest, paid quarterly, maturing in 18 months. They will be listed on BSE.
