SEAMEC has set August 21, 2026, as the record date for its final dividend for FY 2025-26. Shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible for a dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share (20%). This payout is subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting and will be distributed within 30 days of the AGM.
