    Foseco India's Board approved Q1 & H1 financial results. Consolidated Net Profit hit ₹36.39 Cr (Q1) and ₹69.89 Cr (H1). Revenue stood at ₹231.41 Cr (Q1) and ₹433.29 Cr (H1). The Board also approved acquiring Vesuvius India's Mehsana business for ₹43.25 Cr.
