Dynacons Systems & Solutions board declared an interim dividend of ₹0.50/share (5% face value), costing ~₹0.64 Cr. For the quarter, consolidated net profit rose slightly to ₹19.80 Cr from ₹19.65 Cr last year, despite revenue dropping to ₹313.69 Cr.
