HP Adhesives' board approved Q1 FY27 consolidated results: Revenue ₹63.42 Cr, PAT loss of ₹0.91 Cr. Ms. Nidhi Motwani was re-appointed Executive Director for three years (shareholder approval pending). An additional ₹0.90 Cr loss from the Jan 2026 fire was recognized this quarter, increasing the insurance claim.
