Adani Enterprises, via its subsidiary ARTL, has fully acquired Path Highway LLP (PATH) for INR 91.34 crore in cash. This strategic move consolidates Adani's control over key road infrastructure assets. Previously, ARTL held 74% in Mancherial Repallewada Road, Suryapet Khammam Road, and Bilaspur Pathrapali Road, with PATH holding the remaining 25.99%. Post-acquisition, ARTL now owns 99.99% in these critical road projects, significantly increasing its footprint and operational control within the road infrastructure development industry.
