Alicon Castalloy Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 13-08-2026: Dividend

Alicon Castalloy's Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 3 per equity share for FY 2025-26. This brings the total dividend for the fiscal year to Rs. 5 per share, including the earlier interim payout. For dividend entitlement, the book closure period is from September 22 to September 28. Shareholders will vote on this final dividend at the 36th Annual General Meeting on September 28. The Board also reviewed the financial results for the first quarter.
