MSTC's board met and approved Q1 consolidated results: Net Profit ₹58.22 Cr, Total Income ₹117.99 Cr. The board also decided to discontinue the Marketing division's BG-backed procurement business. Separately, MSTC received a ₹90 Cr refund plus interest from a legal dispute.
