Awfis Space Solutions' Board approved financial results for the quarter: Revenue at ₹424.92 Cr & Profit at ₹23.96 Cr. They re-appointed Protiviti India as Internal Auditors and okayed Mr. Abhishek Poddar's appointment as an Independent Director. The Board also noted the ongoing business transfer of the Design & Build unit to a subsidiary for ₹26.59 Cr.
