SUPREMEPWR's board approved Q1 results: Revenue Rs. 48.23 Cr, Net Profit Rs. 4.90 Cr. They re-appointed CMD Vee Rajmohan and WTD Vishwambran Nair for 3 years. Ramesh C Behera was appointed as an Independent Director. Funds from the preferential issue, Rs 5.20 Cr, were utilized as planned.
