    Minda Corp posted Q1FY27 revenue of Rs. 1,846 Cr (+33.2% YoY) and PAT of Rs. 206 Cr, boosted by a Rs. 106 Cr exceptional gain from Minda VAST consolidation. Growth stemmed from strong demand and new customers. Investments of Rs. 63 Cr were made in group companies for business expansion.
