Mahamaya Steel Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 13-08-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Mahamaya Steel has approved acquiring ~350 acres for ~Rs. 70 Cr in Janjgir-Champa, Chhattisgarh. This land is for a Solar Power Plant to cut power costs for its steel operations and boost renewable energy. Project completion is targeted by July 2027.
