    ZODIAC Energy's board approved Q1 consolidated results: Revenue at 141.81 Cr, Net Profit at 7.00 Cr. The board also approved acquiring 98% stake in two new solar projects and increased stakes in two existing ones to 98%. A final dividend of Rs. 0.75/share was set.
