Arman Financial reported strong financial results for the quarter Q1FY27. Consolidated total income grew 33.7% YoY to ₹202 Cr, and profit after tax hit ₹45 Cr, a big turnaround from last year. Assets Under Management (AUM) jumped 35.7% YoY to ₹2,925 Cr, with disbursements soaring 76.1% YoY to ₹686 Cr. Asset quality improved, with GNPA at 2.76% and NNPA at 0.84%. ROE stood at 18.9%.
The company is expanding its reach, now in 11 states with 556 branches, and recently launched Loan Against Property (LAP) and piloted Solar Loans. Digital transformation, including the Arman Suvidha app, enhances underwriting, verification, and collections, leading to a 96.8% collection efficiency. Management aims for 5-6% Post Tax ROA, targeting a strategic shift to increase MSME loan share to 35% and Microfinance to 60% of the book over time. Focus remains on small-ticket retail loans in underserved rural/semi-urban areas.
