GTT Data's board approved Q1 financial results. The company also greenlit major acquisitions: 47.47% of ASIPL for ₹37.99 Cr (AI boost), 48.95% of IAL for ₹9.33 Cr (InsurTech), and 100% of Hungary's STRATIS (part share swap, part up to EUR 9 Mn cash) for EU expansion.
