GTT Data Solutions Ltd — Important, 14-08-2026: Company Update

GTT Data's board approved quarterly financial results and significant acquisition plans, all subject to shareholder approval. The company will acquire 47.47% of Antworks Solutions India for ₹37.99 Cr and 48.95% of Insurants AI for ₹9.33 Cr, both via share swaps. They will also acquire 100% of STRATIS Management: 10% for ₹10.42 Cr via share swap and 90% for up to EUR 9 million cash. These moves are set to enhance GTT Data's AI, automation, and European market presence. New internal and statutory auditors were also appointed.
