KMC Speciality Hospitals (India) Ltd — Important, 14-08-2026: Company Update

KMC Speciality Hospitals has announced a board meeting where it approved significant expansion plans. This includes adding four floors to its Trichy Mother & Child Care Hospital, adding ~100 beds, and constructing a new Super-Speciality Block in Trichy, adding ~400 beds. The total Trichy expansion will add ~500 beds at a project cost of Rs. 486 Cr. The company also approved a new Mother & Child Hospital in Bengaluru on leased premises, adding ~91 beds for Rs. 33 Cr, targeting Q2 FY'28 operations. These expansions aim to boost capacity and enter new markets. M/s. G Sugumar & Co was appointed as Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27.
