Tata Steel divested its full stake in Jamshedpur Football & Sporting Pvt Ltd to Churchill Brothers for a nominal ₹100. JFSPL's turnover was ₹32.23 Cr, net-worth ₹(5.8) Cr, accounting for 0.01% of Tata Steel's consolidated turnover. Company will now focus on grassroots football.
