    Tata Steel has approved divesting its entire 100% stake in Jamshedpur Football & Sporting Pvt Ltd (JFSPL) to Churchill Brothers FC for a nominal ₹100. This strategic move allows Tata Steel to focus on grassroots sports, ensuring player continuity as JFSPL was a very minor part of its business.
