Raj Packaging Industries announced Q1 results: Revenue rose to Rs 13.84 Cr, PAT hit Rs 0.79 Cr. The 39th AGM is set for September 28. Board also approved a raise for a Whole-Time Director's pay to Rs 2.60 lakh PM (pending AGM approval) and appointed a new Company Secretary.
